vicibox 11 unable to login as admin

Hello

I have just installed vicibox 11

It is ready to use but the problem is admin login as I am not able to login with admin and unable to create campaigns to start .
6666 is not allowing to create campaigns.

Also tried to find user from database but no information.
select user, pass from vicidial_users;

Yes, thanks , I am able to add campaign now.

Can you guide to setup a small setup for five agents, only ip phone to agents, no computer.
user should able to login/logout thorough their phones and transfer to different keys.
what is cheap cost of 8 port gsm gw and ip phones in India.
