Vicibox Redux 3.1.10 across three servers. 1 dB, 2 web/dialers.

We are trying to use Filter Phone Groups as a blacklist and have configured it across all DID's but the filter action is not taking place when we someone calls matching a number in the list. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong? Is there a tutorial on this?
