Hello,
I come to you to find definitive solutions to my problem. I explain:
I installed 3.0.8 vicibox server with a SIP trunk for two weeks but I can not get it to work :( .
By cons I manage to login but I do not know how to configure it knowing that I want to make calls predictor with 03 people on a campaign to France. Please help me to understand  and succeed with my early Vicidial knowing that I am not a Linux expert but I can do some basic stuff.

Could someone tell me step by step how to configure Vicidial as predictive in this was the case during installation thanks to the document ViciBox_Redux_v3-Install.

Excuse me. I am new to this forum and this is my first post. Here is information about my setup:
Vicibox server 3.0.8.iso | Asterisk 1.6 | Single Server | No Digium / Sangoma Hardware | No Extra after installing the software

Thank you in advance

I remain at your disposal in the hope that you will help me

1) Welcome to the party!

2)

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

3) Please follow the tutorial in the manager's manual (available at eflo.net) to set up the dialer to make calls with a logged in agent. Do not skip any steps. Start at the beginning of the tutorial, and when you bump into a problem or get an error of some sort, report where you are in the tutorial and what the error or problem is. Be specific about the error or problem.
