Live report does not show agents

Postby Trying » Tue Jan 25, 2011 4:20 am

Hi

I have installed Vicibox 3.1.6 and apart from the archive issue everything went smooth.

In the real-time report logged in outbound agents do not show. Agents logged in = 0. They must be in a call before they show in the report and as soon as the call is hung up they disappear again. I also noticed this in version 3.1.5. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed? Realtime Block User Info is set to 0.

When an inbound agent is logged in however, the agent does show on the live report but the minutes are haywire. He will just log in but the minutes will show as 420. The time in the live screen shows 7 hours behind what our time actually is. Our time zone is +2.

Are all of your phones and servers set to the proper time zone?

I believe there was also a posting earlier about changing the timezone in Linux in the last week.

Hi Matt

Yes, during setup I made sure they are all set to South Africa, Johannesburg and in server - admin I changed all of them from -5 to 2.

I followed William's advice in this thread http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... t=timezone and it solved the time issue. Thanks William! :D

The agents are now also showing in the real-time report.

I didn't even know if anyone read that post. LOL

Oh! and Kumba put that fix into the next release, that should be in 3.1.6 (but i haven't tested)

I am using 3.1.6 now and that error/issue is there. My time zone showed US/Eastern and I changed it to AFRICA/Johannesburg.

So Kumba is populating it, but as EST instead of an actual value from the OS. I guess.
