I am using Vicibox 3.1.7 32bit
VERSION: 2.4-308 BUILD: 110129-1050
I have a outbound campaign that allows closers and a inbound group; user: iulian is on the outbound campaign and agent2 is in the group inbound and it's closer. When I make a transfer ... agent2 receive nothing and the client connection drops.
I used the same settings on vicibox 3.0.8 and worked ....
What I saw different in 3.1.7 was the timezone in php.ini set to US ... when I changed it it worked only for 1 call .
What I see in logs is

If I go to "Click here to see agents logged in to this inbound group" I can see the closer agent logged .
Any suggestion ? Can it be something related to the timezone ? Because I see in the mysql query : last_update_time
