Hi, I know this topic has probably been covered however it is eluding me in the forums.

I am trying to set it up, so when a agent clicks "Pause" The "Pause Code" Screen pops up and they have to choose accordingly. I can't seem to find a option for that?

You must set 'Agent Pause Codes Active' to 'Y' or 'FORCE' in the campaign detail admin page and define some pause codes.

OMG, Sleep deprivation is a hell of a drug. I had everything built out, but I saw the option as "Y" did not think to change it to force. LOL Thank you geoff3dmg.
