[Fixed] Unable to download call recordings on 5.03 server

I noticed a problem today (I use an archive server so 99% of the time the issue does not occur) where call recordings still on the telephony server (within the 3 minute window before the cronjob moves them off) are not accessible by the webserver running on the machine. It would appear to be a permissions issue rather than a web server config problem.

EDIT: I've fixed the problem myself, I'm just putting it here for reference and to help anyone else who happens to run into it (I'd assume anyone not using an archive server).

Fix is:

This happens on about 5% of our installs. We've not tracked down why as yet, since it's so easy to fix. Would be interesting to track it down at some point, though.
