DB,WEB=Vicibox 4.0.3 | DIALERS=Vicibox 5.0.3

Hi everyone!

Now I have:
1 x DB - Vicibox 4.0.3
1 x WEB - Vicobox 4.0.3
4 x DIALERS - Vicibox 4.0.3 (Asterisk 1.4)

All servers are upgraded to newest SVN.

I want to leave DB and WEB as they are, but I want to re-install DIALERS using Vicibox 5.0.3 (Asterisk 1.. A need Asterisk 1.8 to proper recognition of ADC from my carrier.

Is this possible? What problems can occur?

The code being on the same version along with the proper database schema version is all that really matters. As long as you have properly upgraded you shouldn't have any problems.

I can confirm that it is working

During installation of dialer one problem occur. Conference numbers are doubled (2 x 8600001, 2 x 8600002, etc.) on each dialer server. Is it secure to delete one of the doubled number?

Also Conf File Secret in Admin/Servers has changed to "test" on all dialer servers. Can I change this to more secure password? Do i have to set the same password somewhere in conf files?

And the last question: on Vicibox 4.0.3 Balance Dialing in Admin/Servers was set to Yes. Now when i have installed dialers to Vicibix 5.0.3 it is set to No. Should I have to change this to Yes? What are the benefits?

No. The benefits are when you are auto-dialing with multiple servers and one server runs out of lines it can start using lines on the other server.
