Hello, I'm using ViciBox Redux v.6.0.3-141118 from some months and all is good and nice, but .. :)
My agents tell me that while talking with the client, sporadically they would also hear another client picking up the call / fax answering / ringing.
In short, it looks like Asterisk is 'mixing' two calls together.

We only use outboud, this happens with both predictive and manual dial.
Also, we have two offices connecting to the same server, in two different countries and with different networking configuration / routing
and the problem happens on both locations.
Also, we use two VoIP carriers, same problem with both.

Any hint ?
Need more info ?

Problem still ongoing, I gathered some more info: on both locations (in two different countries and with very different networking / routing, using the same server at OVH), happens quite often that when an agent does a callback, or when she is already talking to a client, in the first 30 seconds, Vicidial / Asterisk would dial another number
and if the called party answers, the result would be a 3 way conference :)

The agent would hear all the call progression, and if the call fails (timeout / busy) she would get the according popup message .. while still being oncall with the first client !

Any clue ?

common issue. this happens when agents end up in the same conference room.
