Hi guys, for fear of sounding like a rookie, I have setup a inbound_manual campaign for our department. However what is strange is that they can get Inbound calls, they cane make manual calls, they click load next lead and see customers information. However on the real time report, it shows zero dialable leads and zero leads in hopper?

Is this just how it runs? Or is something broken? Maybe in a recent update?

If I do a filter, it test it will tell me whats left out of what. However in the "Realtime Display Report" it will not show anything for Dialable leads or hopper.

Well, it won't have anything in the hopper since it's not on "auto", but it should show dialable leads.

Does it show dialable leads in the Modify Campaign screen?

Also: Vicibox 6.0.X (you left off the X portion of the version). Also: I don't recommend the Preload, they don't keep up with it as well as the Standard.

No dialable leads can be because more than one scenarios. Try these suggestions:

And for the record, this server is PreLoad Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.3.preload Single Server Six agents Dell Power Edge 2950 2 Raid 10 SAS 146GB 15K 100MBIT PIP SIP TRUNK to carrier.

**EDIT** I did notice that it does say at the bottom of the campaign "This campaign has 10977 leads to be dialed in those lists" And it does say when I test filters as well.

Updated to the most recent svn. Still shows zero Diable leads in realtime? Strange.
