Trying to add new Webserver to Cluster

Postby Nefariousparity » Mon Nov 09, 2015 7:59 pm

Hi guys, I am trying to add a new webserver to my cluster. I am getting the old "There are no available sessions" error upon login. I do currently take full advantage of phones on each telephony, and use phone alias. I currently still have the original web portion up running on a telephony. Trying to move get the new web server up and running parallel. Heck maybe even through a load balance in the future.

Currently the only way using the new webserver to login is if I specify phone exactly. So instead of using 8000 like normal, I have to use 8000a, or 8000b, or 8000c for example to login and *NOT* get that error. I have been wracking my brain on this all day! I really just want a stand alone web! Thanks in advance!

I resolved the issue.
1) I noticed that the time was off on the new web? <Insert New Bios Battery> **Fixed**
2) I noticed the new was different version, so in since we were in production when I was adding this. I just copied the vicidial and agc folders to new webserver. And it works. However my goal of trying to fix stuck transfers was not resolved. So Looks like I will be adding more asterisk.
