Advice needed to build 50 - 80 Seat Server

What are the min requirements for this cluster ??
i have 4 servers availables with:
Intel X5650 2.66 GHZ or Intel X5670 2.93 GHZ
Ram 32 - 48 GB DDR3
240 GB SSD or 1 - 3 TB
