Looks like OpenSuSE is going maintenance/upgrades to their OBS Repo's. They will be down over the weekend but should be up by Monday.

You can look at the status here: https://build.opensuse.org/

When that green graph starts having spikes like it did on the 13th, then the repo's will be back online.
