Vicibox 10 firewall-cmd --reload takes ages

Hi,

So i thought now would be a good time to go and upgrade my servers to vicibox 10 but right after installing i'm running into issues again (same with vicibox 9) with firewall-cmd. I also saw other posts about issues with the firewall and a blog from capernox:
https://cyburdial.net/how-to-fix-the-fi ... vicibox10/

But i don't think mine is the same issue.

Steps:
Install Vicibox 10.0.0 210901 on a virtual machine
after setting an IP, doing vicibox-timezone and then making a snapshot and then issuing the vicibox-express command and rebooting the following occurs:

Whenever i make changes to the firewall config and type: firewall-cmd --reload the reloading process is stuck for about 5 minutes.

This issue was also happening with vicibox 9 and back then i made this thread and found a fix through the vicidial support team but i don't see that error this time:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=40036

When i rollback the snapshot before the vicibox-express command was given this issue is not happening. So somewhere during the vicibox-express script something gets configured that creates this problem.

Have you considered increasing your virtual memory drastically as a test to see if the server is running low on resources?

Also HD space: If you have the system set to the expandable HD (thin, where the HD starts off small but grows as needed until it is actually the size you configured), then the VM system may be taking that much time to increase the HD size.

I'm not a fan of "express". Consider the non-express version of the install, as well.

This post was from a while ago and not sure what i did, of course there have also been zypper updates regarding the firewall but the issue is not actual anymore.
