Hangup when record a call

Hi all
from few days I have a critical issues on recording.
It appen that when we start a rec, the calls hangup after ca 15 minutes.
The Vicidial recording limit flag is set to 60.

Please help

Does this happen for every call?

Can you replicate it on demand?

Not for all call, I don't know how i can replicate

How frequently does this problem happen?

Is there any pattern to the users involved?

Do you have logging enabled on the servers?

Could you describe the hardware used in your VICIdial system in more detail?

This problem happen when agents are recording and over 900 secs of call (1000 secs, 950 secs...). I have logging enable.
It's a few day that this problem happen.
What i can search for troubleshooting?

hardware
2 pbx in 2 Dell Poweredge 1950 - RAM 16GB - Intel Xeon X5460 @3.16GHz - 8core
1 pbx in Dell Poweredge 2950 - RAM 16GB - Intel Xeon X5355 @ 2.66GHz - 8 core
1 pbx in Dell Poweredge R610 - RAM 16GB - Intel Xeon L5640 @2.27GHz - 24 core
db in Dell Poweredge R710 - RAM 16GB - Intel Xeon X5675 @3.07 GHz - 24 core

This is usually caused by a network or system issue.

What is the version and build of vicidial.php?

I would strongly suggest upgrading to the most recent svn/trunk.

The version you are using is over 4 years old and has a lot of bugs and security issues that have been fixed in the most recent codebase.

An upgrade is scheduled next month. Is there anything I could do now?

If you contacted our paid support, the next step would be to perform an upgrade. It's possible that the issue was fixed some time in the last 4 years.

Aside from that, you can look for general network issues or slow database issues.
