Single Agent Daily report

Hi Everybody!

When I run this report for individual days I get totals that are different from running them for all days combined.

For example, if I run 11/1 I see 25 calls. For 11/2, I see 50 calls. And for 11/3 I see 10 calls. But when I run 11/1 - 11/3, I would expect to see 85 calls. But instead I see 97 calls.

Are you knowledgeable enough about programming to make one small change?

Try changing line 550 (I believe that's the exact line based on your version):

$Scalls=$calls[$m];

Change that to

$Scalls=0;


See if that helps.
