You re not passing the channel name to your dial string must be
exten => _90.,n,Dial(${SIPGracan}/${EXTEN:2},,tTor) or specified channel name manually exten => _90.,n,Dial(SIP/Gracan/${EXTEN:2},,tTor)

Originally your problem was this: "/832744407,,tTor"

Before the / was expected a protocol (likely SIP) and an account (Gracan).

Adding "${SIPGracan}" to the dial string should have resolved that. ambiorixg12 deduced this information from the CLI output (and other information).

Now you should have a different set of CLI output with a different set of errors. And your Carrier's Dial String should be different.

But all you gave us the second time was the final fail. No CLI output. No revised Carrier Dial String. Just as important the second time as it was the first.

How do you expect ambiorixg12 to work if you don't give him his tools? 8-)

Code: Select all
[Feb 11 10:25:41]     -- Called SIP/Gracan/832744407
[Feb 11 10:25:41]   == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

Your carrier said "Screw you".

Apparently 832744407 is not a valid number?

Also: WHY are you dialing "90" in front of your numbers and then discarding the 9 and the 0? Ordinarily one would dial a single digit "dial prefix" to choose the carrier, then discard that single digit (which is used ONLY to choose the carrier). This could indicate you really should be dialing 0832744407 or 1832744407 or something at your carrier instead of 832744407. The :2 portion of "EXTEN:2" is what discards those two digits. If you only meant to discard one of them, change it to :1 instead.

If you would like more detail, you could use "sip debug" mode to get the entire sip handshake, perhaps get a reject code instead of just "screw you". But it's not always useful as quite often the cryptic codes have nothing to do with reality and pretty much still translate to "screw you". So first confirm that your carrier is expecting a dial code, client code, country code, domestic long distance code ... something ... or NOT.
