Time Synch Error

Hi There,

VERSION: 2.14-697a
BUILD: 190121-2019
Installer: Vicibox 8.12
Asterisk: 1.4.21.2

On a fresh install, all goes well until start logging in as users to test outbound calls.
Immediate "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator"

Have checked timezones, GMT offsets, hardware clock, synchronised with NTP server, still having a problem.

Doing a comparison between this and a couple of other successful installations, I notice a difference in Asterisk versions.
The problem server - Asterisk version 1.4.21.2 (displayed under server, however 13.21.1-vici via cli)
Good Server - Asterisk version 13.21.1-vici

Any advice?

Looks like copying the asterisk version from CLI, into Sever > Asterisk Version fixes the issue
I'm leaving this open for a day to make 100% that the issue has been resolved.

Well, it's been a day, and no further Time Sync errors.

Copying the asterisk version from CLI, into Sever > Asterisk Version fixes the issue

Good postback. Let me guess: You built a new server and then moved your db from the old server into it, and then upgraded.

BUT: you didn't modify admin->servers to account for the fact that this new server had a different asterisk version?

Probably a good idea to review all the settings in admin->servers and admin->system settings to be sure everything is correct. Any references to server ip, for instance, may not have been updated (VM server? sounds server?).
