having problems company losing chaching!

Postby goose36 » Thu Oct 18, 2007 3:30 pm

this past week the dialer has been running excellent..

these past two days I began to see that the dialer start to make more calls and not passing them as much as it used to the agents.

today I see it making 35 calls and pasing 1 or 2 calls to a rep every 2 to 3 minutes.

on the unix I saw a parameter that said:

" Oct 18 15:33:46 WARNING[12449]: chan_sip.c:9870 handle_response_invite: Forbidden - wrong password on authentication for INVITE to '"V1018153338000001467" <sip:0000000000@200.122.156.75>;tag=as3ae302be'"

I don't know if that is one of the problems

I checked the channels and they are not clogged..
And the funny thing is I had some people tell me it could be the leads but I switched them to SO MANY LEADS and the same dialer results.

I've switched configurations and the same results..

can any one help?

another issue

Postby goose36 » Fri Oct 19, 2007 1:31 pm

another problem I seem to be having is that the dialer is making about 30 calls, and only passing like 1 or 2, every 2 close 3 minutes..

and I thought it could have been the leads at first but it seems to be doing it on every single lead I put. I´ve reseted the server, reseted the asterisk, reloaded, powered off.. and the problem still persist.

any idea where I begin to look to see what exactly maybe the issue?

Hi

making about 30 calls, and only passing like 1 or 2

what do you mean, making 30 calls

how will you define its making 30 calls

when you do ratio dial, when the user answer only the call will transfer to agent. if the caller not answered that call will not transfer to agent

I recomend first try from softphone calling
and see is the problem same.

okay the dialer will dial 30 calls.. out of the 30 it will detect AM, NO Ans. busy, etc.

and whatever it detects that can pass to an agent it would pass it no?

Well, it makes 30 calls an passes 1 or 2 calls every 2 and a half to 3 minutes to an agent.

I have 6 agents dialing, and it is not sending them the calls fast enough how it used to be.

Before starting monday all the way to wednesday it was making calls fine, it would transfer 3 calls to an available agent. and it would consistantly make calls and transfer calls without a problem and every 35 to 45 seconds an agent would be on the phone dispositioning.

I created a new campaign, i reloaded the configs on the asterisk, i reseted the server.

the problem still persists

okay, well right now it got fixed I hired a tech to look at it and fix the issue, their where to different types of configurations running at the same time so that could have been the issue, along with some ports not being opened on the router.

if I have any further issues I will let you know see how we can go by adjusting the issue.

thank you guys

it's a wee bit old. you may do better to read the stickies and post your configuration and technical issue you are facing.

if your system WAS working but STOPPED ... there are many possibilities.
