We’re working hard to set up a predictive dialer but we’re having issues with our current sip trunking provider. We’re new to this but we’ve done a lot of research so we have a general idea of how these systems operate and how much they cost. That being said, we’ll still need good customer support through setup and testing to make sure that everything runs smoothly afterwards.
Our game is voice broadcasting so we’ll ideally be making up to 50 calls concurrently. Being able to call to the U.S from overseas without having connectivity issues/delays through servers is really important.
Lastly, because we’re making a high volume of calls, we'll need to purchase DIDs or find a service that can change our number continually to avoid being marked as “potentially a spam caller”.

1) Welcome to the Party! Thanks for posting your Vicidial specs (Although in the future, please remember to post your Vicidial Version WITH BUILD).
2) Changing your number continually is why you are being marked as "Potentially a spam caller". FYI. Your number needs to exist and have a reputation and be transmitted properly to the carriers. If you just continue to grab fresh numbers, why would anyone trust them? (I get it: That worked a few years ago ... times have changed). That being said: Some carriers will try to register the numbers properly from the start, but AFAIK only those within NANPA can actually mark them "Grade A" from day two (Not sure anyone can mark them grade A from day one).
3) You have asked for a new sip trunking service while carefully NOT mentioning the name of the one you are presently using. Kinda seems like you would be expected to share your experience with your carrier before asking others to share with you? no? Just a thought.
