outbound calling problem: phone keeps ringing after hangup

hi. i'm currently on manual dialing. problem is, there are times when after an agent hangs up on customer,vicidial still keeps on dialling the number even after a disposition has been made. why is this? also, when an agent clicks on disposition as a CALLBACK, the calendar that usually appears so she can make the schedule does not pop out.

number of agents?

loadavg on the server when this happens?

loadavg on the server when this happens? sorry not familiar with load avg. im a newbie.

for the callbacks you have to specify it on the compaign

that says

Scheduled Callbacks: Y

you have to put it on Y

it default comes on N

AND ON AGENT CONFIG TOO
Scheduled Callbacks 1

put it on 1 default is 0

can you post the output from your asterisk when you are doing manual dial?

hi. Callbacks fixed. thanks!

The manual dial problem:
whenever vicidial rings an answering machine, clicking "hangup" button and "hangup again" button does not hangup the call. the answering machine just continues playing back the recording from the customer's answering machine.
