Yes, whether the agent is "logged in" or "Remote", that is what autodial will do using the standard VDAD Exten of 8365.Would autodialing mode call, and on answer transfer the call to available rep?

if it's basic, i don't see why anyone can't just help me with it. Wait, so you want me to buy a manual to make sure i don't know it? I read the free manual, and setup everything accordingly, i even had to tweak it in order to get it to load the list. I'm sorry if im not entirely trusting of a source that I had to play around with in order to get to work. I have yet to even test the system, i want to make sure it works before I jump into potentially throwing out $100.
I appreciate what mr. florell has done for the community, and I would love to contribute, but i'm not the owner of a corporate office, and i dont have money to spare, but i don't mind contributing either. I just want to give this a test run before i get the manual. I will have to get it either way, after i set this up, i have to leave someone else in charge of it. I'm sure you understand.
