hi, i'm using vicidial 2.0.5
VERSION: 2.0.5-174
BUILD: 90522-0506
over FC9
i'm trying to access to "QC Status Codes" but display the the message "You do not have permission to view this page"
the same problem happens to me when try to enter to "AGENT SPREADSHEET PERFORMANCE" display this other error "Invalid Username/Password or no export report permission:"
I check and double check the permissions set to the users, but i'm still not able to enter and change this parameteres

QC functions are not active on ViciDial.
As for you login issues, what is the user_level, and do you have View Reports access for your user?

I have the admin user SET to 9 all,
but i can't enter to this option

I make a fresh install, and the problem persist, i create a new account with new username and password, however i can't enter to this area.
any questions??

I think that means you're never going to get in unless QC is finished. No sponsor, no finish. Or you can complete the programming yourself ... (Call the Vicidial Group, they would probably love a sponsor for QC!)

and for the other?? the AGENT SPREADSHEET PERFORMANCE i pretty sure that report is available, but tells me "Invalid Username/Password or no export report permission:"
i check in my user permissions and everything is to "9" but i'm not able to enter!!!
any suggestion? o any way to change permissions in my database to enter and avoid this message?
I will appreciate it

Just setting your overall user level to 9 won't unlock the pages
on the "Modify User" screen you need to go all the way down the page to the "ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS:" and change the "0" to "1" for each permission you would like to grant
By default most of these are set to "0" which limits access

thanks Geil21, I'm the admin, so everything is in true "1" then I really don't know what happend 'cause I still have the same error.

so ... your "user" has full access to everything? (all options set to 1?)
That report works when I go there on one of my client boxes (VERSION: 2.0.5-173
