Sending email after agent dispositions a call Started: 2015-08-06 Updated: 2023-05-18 These instructions will show you how to set up automatic emails to be sent out when an agent dispositions a call with a specific defined "sale status". First, you should confirm that your web server is capable of sending emails, and that it is capable of sending emails from the email addresses that you want to be using in your configuration.
