Recorded Calls in Vicidial

I would like to hear from someone that is using the recorded call feature in Vicidial. What type of software do you use to listen to the recorded calls? How do you organize your recordings. I have a client that wishes to record all his calls. I want to be able to organize and listen to these calls when necessary.

You can check the various recordings scripts under /usr/share/astguiclient. I usually use "/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_mix_recordings_MP3_DATE.pl". Edit it according to your setup. What this does is mix all the recordings into mp3 format. Uploads them to a FTP server and sorts out the recordings by date.
