Unregistered SMS Traffic WILL BE BLOCKED as of 12/1/2024

Last year, we brought to your attention that everyone sending outbound traffic through our network, regardless of messaging volume or business size, must register. This is a reminder that beginning December 1, 2024, any SMS/MMS messages from unregistered business phone numbers will be blocked by major U.S. carriers. This change affects all partners utilizing SMS-enabled services.

Why Does This Matter?

The Campaign Registry, in partnership with mobile carriers like T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T, requires all business SMS/MMS traffic to be registered to prevent spam and phishing attacks. Messages from unregistered numbers will not be delivered to recipients starting December 1.

SMS carriers should have a section for "10DLC Customer Registration"
