Hi,
I saw that when the agents login, they must choose a campaign. It could be nice if they just login, without choosing a campaign. And the manager is who choose in what campaing are the agents logged. In that way we can have agents in 2, 3, etc. campaings simultaneously running. For example, one outbound campaing for one company and other outbound campaign for other company, but with same agents.

It works this way for inbound calls and closer calls.
For outbound campaigns is cannot work this way, an agent can only login to one campaign at a time. Allowing multiple would complicate everything tremendously.
