admin monitoring

hy !
i`m using ztdummy as timer and IAX2 and SIP as protocols with astguiclient 2.02.
I know that vicidial offer a feature for the managers to listen the live calls of the agents, and i want to use that feature but the problem is that when i press the Listen Trunk Button i receve this message: "You can only monitor zap channels".

Can I use zap channels with ztdummy ? without haveing a digium board ??

You need to use the AST_timeonVDADall.php screen for monitoring of agents, not the astguiclient.php app.

when i say "to monitor " i reffer to the posibility of the manager to listen a live call( the manager to have podibility to listen the dialog between customer and agent )

Yes, that is what I meant, to listen to the conversation without the agent or customer hearing.

Use the link on the admin reports page to get to the LISTEN-linked AST_timeonVDADall.php page.
