Site Inacessible after Running Certbot on V9

Please help.
I installed vicidial 9 and I made it working well but it doesnt come with certbot which is a know issue and there is a solutions which i followed
cd /root
wget http://download.vicidial.com/vicibox/vi ... nfs.tar.xz
cd /etc
tar -xf /root/vicibox9-certbotconfs.tar.xz
ln -s certbot letencrypt
after installing the certbot i ran vicibox-certbot and went through the process however, after completing the process the site is not inaccessible, whether by https or just by the ip address itself.
Please help if you know the solution to this issue
