I want my agents to be able to transfer calls to the closers, where as my closers will only use the sip phone rather than login into the vicidial through a closer group, plz advise how to achieve that

this is done through the campaign detail settings. Have you checked through the manager manual?

OK so the way i do it is by setting the inbound campaign for directagent queue to the sip extension and pre-populating the presets in campaign for outbound. then u can hit transfer conf and then local closer. you have to change certain settings to Y such as inbound and transfer and its a little more than that but its kinda common sense if u read the ?s

thanks u so much for the sharing, I would request ur kind, so that if u could just explain a bit clear?

Suppose i have an inbound or outbound campaign, and I have extensions say for example 1001, 1002... Now all i want is, that i want the agents of the inbound and outbound campaign to be able to transfer their calls to extension 1001 or 1002 through blind transfer or dial with customer.

Thanks.

do you have your dial prefix set for 3way in the detail view of your campaign?
