Backup and Restore from older Vicidial to Vicidial 9

I have an old server and i am building e new one (with the latest Vicidial). The old server is a full install of vicidial, the new one it is a cluster (DB&Web + Telephony).
I want to migrate only Database and Asterisks configuration to the new server.
How can i restore the database to the new server.
(I did a full database backup on the old server and uploaded it to the new one)
