OK so these stats are within a couple minutes of each other. Why does it jump so big?

I'm going out on a limb: But did you change a campaign from Inactive to Active during that time? Thus suddenly including another 18000 calls and 200 drops (among other things)?
Consider viewing only one campaign at a time for more stability. Less heart attack. Put it on a wall TV.

No, there were no changes. It just jumps occasionally like that throughout the day. It goes back to the correct stats but it jumps

I have seen this happen before, it has to do with the cached stats that are generated periodically and the old stats are not removed until after the new stats are finished being generated, resulting in a large inflation in the numbers for a short time period.
I have tried to replicate this and it is very difficult to time everything to see exactly how it is happening on some systems but not others, and only for a very short time period.
I'm sure at some point I'll have more time to be able to dedicate to fixing this issue, but it doesn't seem to affect anything but the real-time display.

I think I saw that training request in the queue, but I didn't see who it was assigned to.
We are not doing in-person training until the pandemic is under control(which will probably be some time next year, hopefully). But we are doing remote trainings depending on client needs, although they are more customized than our usual trainings. If you haven't heard back from us by tomorrow night, please message me directly and I'll see what's going on with the request.
