What predictive settings do you use?

I was just curious what adapt settings everyone uses and what works best. I am currently using adapt tapered, waiting agents set to 1, drop percent at 3, 1 calls waiting for agents, 10 for intensity which seems to work nice until about after lunch when i need to raise the drop percent to get it keeping the agents talking. any other ideas?
