Excuse me, I present an incident with my vicidial server, when dialing from an extension on the softphone it marks an error but on the mobile if the call arrives and this call marks as linked and charged but it is not an effective call.

Do you know what could be due?

is dahdi running? type "dahdi_cfg -v" in your linux CLI and show me the results please
