Using ALLCALLS and ALLFORCE together for recording

Postby muratyilmaz.dev » Fri Apr 02, 2021 1:35 am

What,

I'm looking for a feature related to audio recording.

Set to Campaign Recording: ALLCALLS in the campaign settings.
After the agent starts the conversation, it gives information to the customer. If the customer decides and is going to the sales phase, he stops the recording. Then the agent starts recording again.

They use it because of this.
For example Info: 20min, Sale: 3 min.

Of course the QC doesn't have to listen to the info file.

My problem with this process is that the agent can sometimes confuse start and stop.
In this case, unfortunately, there are sound losses.

To avoid this, can I make an exact recording of this conversation in the background?

Thanks.

You can record at carrier or DID instead of ALL Force. For All calls as usual agent can start and stop. ANd same time it will start all calls in backend at DID for incoming and Carrier for Ourgoing
We are ready to help you,

Thank you. I'm just using Outbond. I'll try and report the result.
