Hello,
Sorry do you know if it is possible that the users that I leave with Admin profile can also log out agents with emergency log button?

yes you just need to set it correctly, and they can do it thru realtime screen

Ok Thank you, If in real time from my main admin if I can log out the agents but from a user that I assign admin I don't see that option to remove the agents, do you know what permission it is?

you need permission level of at least 7 i believe and api permissions for it within the user

My administrators left them at level 9, I already gave API permissions but it still cannot remove the agents
