Posted: Mon Jun 21, 2021 3:33 pmIt is disabled by default since it can cause system instability in Asterisk 13. If you want to override this you can do so with the agc/options.php setting "$ast13_volume_override=1;"

go to the line that looks like "$ast13_volume_override=0;" and change the 0 to a 1 like matt said
When you save the file, make sure to save it as options.php instead of options-example.php

Posted: Fri Jul 02, 2021 3:34 pmPlease note, that using the mute button with Asterisk 13 makes it super unstable, for me it was several total crashes per hour.
