Mute button Agent Interface Not Show

Is the mute button on the agent interface no longer available on Vicidial 9,plz guide me step by step thanks

It is disabled by default since it can cause system instability in Asterisk 13. If you want to override this you can do so with the agc/options.php setting "$ast13_volume_override=1;"

nano /srv/wwww/htdocs/agc/options-example.php

go to the line that looks like "$ast13_volume_override=0;" and change the 0 to a 1 like matt said

When you save the file, make sure to save it as options.php instead of options-example.php

Please note, that using the mute button with Asterisk 13 makes it super unstable, for me it was several total crashes per hour.

have you tried it on 13.38.2 covarrubiasgg? I have not experienced even 1 crash from it personally.....
