Installation: Cluster server with one master database, one slave database for reporting purposes, 3 web & asterisk servers each having an avg login of 140 agents
Server Config : Dell PowerEdge R440 , Intel(R) Xeon(R) Bronze 3206R CPU @ 1.90GHz x 2, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD. - Master database
HP ProLiant DL360 G6,Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz x2 , 16 GB RAM, 320 GB HDD- slave database
Dell PowerEdge R440 , Intel(R) Xeon(R) Bronze 3206R CPU @ 1.90GHz x 2, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD. - First two Web & Asterisk
HP ProLiant DL380 G7 (583917-B21), Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz,16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD- Last Web & Asterisk

Issues :
1. APR is not showing correctly.

140 agents per server?

Autodial? Manual dial? AMD? Full Recordings?
Built too many to count, Centos7 Scratch install, Opensuse Scratch install, Centos8 Scratch install, etc.

Have you monitored the system load on the servers, also have you try with a minimum number of agents and see if still happen the same issue, if so you can discard a high system load as the cause of this problem

140 agents on a single server with auto-dialing is not recommended. That is too many, no matter the hardware used. Asterisk does not scale linearly, you need more Asterisk servers to reliably handle that load.

Thats 400+ agents. No wonder you are having issues. Depending on the dial ratio, you need 15-20 more asterisk boxes.

We have restricted the dialing ratio into 2.

Even so, to be "safe" with full recordings and AMD, I run between 80 and 150 trunks on asterisk servers. Maybe someone else can chime in. But for me, that seems the be the sweet spot with my setups.

that would be 40-75 agents per asterisk box with dial level 2.

So you are still looking at a "safe" number of asterisk boxes to be 10-12.

This is for 350 agents from Matt a while ago:

Here would be our MINIMUM recommendations for a system with those requirements:
- 14 x dialers(single quad-core CPUs with 8GB RAM)
- 2 x webservers(single quad-core CPUs with 8GB RAM)
- 1 x DB server(quad-quad-core CPUs with 32 GB RAM and LSILogic MegaRAID card with 4 x fast SSD drives set up in two RAID-1 partitions, one for DB data and one for everything else)
- also recommended are another DB server to operate as a slave/reporting/backup DB, as well as an archive server to store recordings

We have set up many VICIdial systems of this size, and not using a configuration like the above WILL lead to problems with your system.

You are using FREE code, dont be cheap on the hardware.
