Hello,
just a small question, what happens with leads skipped in manual dial mode (via lead preview checkbox and skip lead link)? I've noticed that these (probably) are marked as called and retain their status. Are they called again sometimes? I don't think so, but my agents say they have other experience.

They retain their status and their called_count, but they do have to be reset in their list before they could be brought up again. This is because if they were not set to "called" they would keep coming up every few calls.

But when the status is set to be recycled, they will be called without reseting the list after the specified delay (I suppose the modified_date collumn is adjusted)
NEW leads and leads without recycling have to be reset.
Right?
Sorry for asking dumb questions, but I want to be sure I get it

That should be the case.
