I am not familiar with TELEBLOCK. Could you explain in a bit more detail how their service works?

TELEBLOCK is a service that automatically blocks calls to phone numbers registered to the DNC (state and federal) transparently (http://www.callcompliance.com/products/teleblock.html). Some voip providers include this as an add-on to there service.

It looks like you can use Teleblock now with select carriers, but to integrate into a Dialer, you need the API which they tightly control access to.

I have emailed them about it. I will post back here if I get a response.

You may want to check your contract or user agreement, you may not be allowed to send that to me.

I have emailed them twice and they don't seem interested in working with me since I have not received a response so far.
