Another source for manuals?

I have tried to purchase the manuals from the site listed but no matter what credit card I try it will not go through. I have also tried to contact them through their site but I get no response. Does anyone have an alternative location to purchase the Agents & Administrators manuals? Or contact information where I can speak to someone?

I bought manager manual last week and everything went fine . There might be some problem with credit card's you are using . You can try contact form on site they reply within a day .
