is there any way to transfer datas from a 3rd party CRM to Vicidial? eg. when an agent clicked on a number from the CRM and all or certain datas from it will be transferred to Vicidial's Agent Interface.

I'm sure it is possible, but it would need to be programmed. Exactly what data would need to be transferred?

well, for now i just wanted to transfer phone_number and the agent_id from the CRM to the dialer's agent interface and auto dial the number. i know how to code this but my problem is when you click the link from the CRM and then focuses on the target browser where vicidial is loaded... it unloads/refreshes the page... it will then automatically logs out the agent. is there a way to do this without removing the unload property on <body> tag?

Are you using the Agent-API?

If so, how are you using it exactly?
