question though

are you going to use a softphone just to barge or monitor an agent?
I saw that your app have a listening capability.

you can use ip phones, zap channels, softphone or anyway you want
as long it is accesible in the dialplan.

Looks pretty nice, too bad it's dependant on Windows.

Is this something you are looking to release or offer for sale?

Will offering it for free and paid for customization, I think on december I will post the first beta version.

I have so many question on vicidial.php section, I will give more time for this week and start asking question.
