VICI and VB Integration

Hi,

Has anyone tried VICIDIAL Integration with VB desktop application for calling ? Does VICIDIAL have the components required for integration with VB ?

If someone had done this, please let me know if it is working successfully.

Are you talking about Click-to-call?

If so, you should be able to use the Agent API to do this through a simple HTTP GET, I know VB can do that.

Just read the Agent API doc included with the release you are using to see how to format the URL to do click-to-dial.
