Live Agent Call Listening and Killing live call from Admin

Hi
I have Installed Vicibox Redux 4.0.1 from ISO Image Asterisk Version 1.4.44 Vici with Digium TDM800P 8 Port FXO card .
Dell Optiplex 755 4 GB RAM 500 GB HDD C2D 2.8 Ghz
I want to listen Live agent call from admin system and want to kill unnecessary call. Please help me out in this issue.

Hello,
Go to vicidial->Report->Real Time and you'll be able to listen the live calls.
