Adding New Fields

iam adding new fields for my own campaign requirement
I have added in to the database that new fields
and changed the frontend vicidial.php and vdc_db_query.php
iam able to pull the data from backend to agc/vicidial.php
Kindly assist me where all the files i need to change to take effect
of new added fields

when iam loading the lead loader, that says lead loaded
but i dont see its reflecting in to the database
when i update manually the database backend, still user can not login
and show no leads
in the list when i change "Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list" Y and submit, it shows "NOT CALLED 14", but still the user not able to login there is no leads message
Kindly assist me where all the files i need to change to take effect
of new added fields
