I have sent a mail regarding FAQ maitain

i have not heard from you on the same

can I post Sticky in support site, so most of the FAQ will be cover in that.

other moderators kindly post your coments.

It was started several months ago, but hasn't really been maintained very actively since then.

that FAQ needs active maintenance. it's quite outdated. we're discussing some of the most common problems in #vicidial at irc.freenode.org. ramindia, you can probably compile the FAQs.
