I want to disable disposation box when I hang up customer. How can I do?

Disposition cannot be disabled unless you use HotKeys or API calls to set a disposition.

I know that I can use API to set one reason. And hangup customer without select disposation. When hang up customer button is pressed. What's function called? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

if you are that deep into it, you should probably just look at the button in the php file source. the button is listed and what happens when it is pressed is also listed.
