hi all,
I'm having a problem with vicidial but I'm not understanding if is a vicidial bug or a settings error,
i have an inbound campaing with 2 Ingroup,first group take all calls and passes the call to another group of experts with "Dial with costumer" selecting one of free experts,but randomly when the conference call starts, vicidial it will switch to another agent,even if the agent is correctly logged!
What could have caused this?
